HOW IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?

We ship primarily using US Postal Service Priority Mail.  We do use UPS, FedEx and USPS First Class mail as well.  We have found that all carriers lose packages and delay shipments.  However, USPS Priority Mail offers the fastest service for the most reasonable cost. 

 

HOW IS LIVE BAIT PACKAGED?

We ship Canadian and European Nightcrawlers in Muslin Cloth bags to reduce shipping cost and environmental concerns due to Styrofoam.  Other baits come packaged in plastic cups with enough bedding to last approximately 3-4 weeks.  We add Ice packs/ heat packs at no additional cost when necessary to guarantee our live bait arrives alive and healthy. 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders are usually shipped the same day if order by 12:00 pm EST.  Orders placed after 12:00 P.M. will ship the following business day.  We ship live bait Monday thru Wednesday to all areas.  We ship live bait on Thursdays to all areas within 2-day Priority Mail service from Marblehead, OH.  We do not ship live bait on Friday or Saturdays.

WHAT DO I DO IF BAIT ARRIVES DEAD?

If your live bait arrives dead or sickly-looking call us immediately at 1-800-955-8795.  Sometime bait just needs 24 hrs. of refrigeration or moisture to bounce back.  If that is not the case we will either refund your order or reship order at no additional cost on the next available shipping date. 

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF LIVE BAIT?

We enclose a care sheet for your bait with every order.  We also have care instructions posted online on bestbait.com

CAN I REORDER/ ORDER BY PHONE?

Yes, some customers prefer not placing orders online because of special request or they want to make sure bait arrives by a certain date.  You can call us toll free at 1-800-955-8795 between 7am and 7 pm EST.

CAN I SCHEDULE REOCCURRING ORDERS?

Yes, Customers request reoccurring order all the time.  However reoccurring order must be called in to set up quantity and frequency of shipment. Once reoccurring order is set up then just sit back and receive your live bait.

CAN I PAY BY CHECK?

Yes, Check or Money orders must be made payable to N.A.S. Inc. and can be mailed to 8682 E. Bayshore Rd. Marblehead, OH 43440.  Once check/money order clears your order will be shipped.

CAN I RETURN ITEM?

Live bait cannot be returned to N.A.S. Inc. for a refund.  If there is an issue with your live product please email pictures to Sales@bestbait.com and we will work to address your concerns. We do guarantee all our live bait and we will determine if a refund or reshipment is the best option.

If you no longer want your non-live bait products we accept returns on unused/unopened products.  Once we receive the package we will issue a refund of purchase price.  We do not refund shipping cost or return shipping cost.

CAN I BUY AT WHOLESALE PRICING?

Yes, if you are legitimate wholesale account with business name, address and Tax ID# please contact us at 1-800-955-8795.

CAN I HAVE MY ORDER HELD FOR PICK UP?

Yes, when placing your order please notify us via email at sales@bestbait.com and we will have package held for pick up.  We need a valid email address so that USPS can contact you when order arrives.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER AT YOUR LOCATION?

Yes, when placing your order please notify us via sales@bestbait.com so that item is not shipped.  You can pick up your order at 8682 E. Bayshore Rd. Marblehead, OH 43440

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

It depends, some live bait can be shipped internationally.  International order must call us at 419-656-4921 to discuss order and shipping arrangements.
