Preserved Crawfish are just like our live crayfish except they have been preserved and will last 1 year without refrigeration or freezing.  They average 1 1/2 – 2 1/4″ in length.  They come in 4 oz. plastic jar which holds approximately 12 crawfish.  This is a great product when you want crawfish but none are available because of the seasonal nature of catching live crayfish.
